LA CASA DELLE ROSE is a guest house on the ground floor of a house with a garden located in La Spezia, in the 'Chiappa' district, 50 meters from the terminus
of trolleybus number 3 (which connects the railway station in 6 minutes and the city center in 12/15 minutes).
From the "La Spezia Centrale" railway station it is possible to reach the very famous Cinque Terre, five small villages on the sea,
i.e. Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso but also subsequent enchanting places on the Eastern Riviera
like Levanto, Framura, Bonassola... and in a few distance from la Spezia the enchanting villages of Lerici and Portovenere
It is also possible to visit slightly more distant locations in reasonable time: for example Pisa (in 50' with Frecciabianca and
in 1h20' / 1h30' with Regional trains), Chiavari 'Centre of Tigullio' (in 30' / 40' / 1h20' depending on the type of train)
From the 'Morin' promenade, on the sea, reachable in 16/18 minutes by bus from the terminus near the CASA DELLE ROSE (getting off
at the 'Giardini' bus stop) various types of boats depart for Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, Tour of the Islands and many other locations, both with
public transport both, more easily, following the innumerable ones
excursions proposed by various tour operators.
Of course don't forget to spend some time visiting some interesting ones
museums and archaeological finds in the city or in the surrounding area.
